Okay...scratching my head here...what the!? Didn't we get news today that is a cofirmation of a merger between Verde Media and Astrablu? A Letter of Intent is just that...but doesn't this confirm. Is a merger different than when one company purchases equity in another company? Can equity purchases be for such a small amount that one would not consider it a merger? Would a true merger be where both companies became one? Can someone splain this to me? If this news is so good... why don't we sky rocket? I realize there can be manipulation in a stock...even if I don't completely understand it...but what the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks is going on with what appears to be positive news?
