Yea, I saw that. Involved US Patent No. 5,231,972. SmarTire sued Siemens in patent infringement. Court terminated case in 8-26-08 dismissing each party's claims as moot.

Smartire Systems, Inc. v. Siemens VDO Automotive Corp et al., 1:07-cv-00932, filed 9-12-07.
