The problem here is not the shareholders,it's the lack of reasonsible evidence supports,the claims they have made to entice we,the shareholder to invest in this company.

Here's the other problem that I see with the pr dating back to 2008 ,one they sate Gray grey was one of the first to patent and invent soybase foam(I have yet to see a patent number on any of the foam products),if someone here can state in writing where they witness this in writing please correct me ?


Here's something else to ponder on with this company,what happen to the sales people,the trucks,the two locations for foam dealers,equipment?futhermore why is there other soybase foam company with the same technology using the same product right now(did the every own the product or was it just they had right to distribute the product)?

The tggi deal,here's a company that previously had no business dealing other then shell company's,the sunbiz.org website will support this information. The register agent has several company's that are nothing more then shell company's and does'nt have active business dealing...

Pr's mean nothing unless back by evidence,perfect example look at spongetech,with all the pr this company put out there to the investors.

Last note where? is the patent number or pending patent number for this new product of infiniti R or phas changing material whateva they choose to call it,(show some evidence),I look up the product and doesnt have show anything related to amne,only person I see is Robert Alderman.

I'm not saying this company is a scam company ,some question need to be answered by the broker who back them for pinksheets,that's one of the problems with pinksheets anybody can sale shares there with a brokers backing,Question now should be dealt with with the transfer agent ....
