Yes, TARP was the beginning. That was my idea. But I didn't spend the money. I was thinking how they could revive the economy and "they" ran with it. I simply made mention of it. Ask Bush he was listening to me...illegally BTW, through his created policies. It was TARP TWO that trickled from TARP one that I over saw the agreement and can confirm. Half of TARP one was frozen for the dems to spend. Probably part of the process to get it passed through the house and senate as the repubs were leaving office in 2008. I was given advice from the Lord to tell them to buy mortgages with TARP ONE. Which I vehemently told them to use all of it and stop the spending. But that wasn't good enough for others who were about to enter office on a media blitzkrieg. The Dems would not release the funds of TARP ONE as the Repubs were leaving office without money to spend their selves to promote their agendas. Bush is involved and sided with the dems on this. I confirmed a second TARP agreement as long as TARP ONE would buy defunct mortgages. This is what the Lord told me to tell you. I cannot be more honest. But the last half of TARP ONE was not used for that. Both parties agreed to pass a second TARP for the dems to spend as I can confirm and agreed with, but the second half of TARP ONE was not used to buy defunct mortgages like we agreed. They bought mortgages though the FED instead of using tax payer money approved through TARP ONE. It is two different entities even though it seems one. Don't get me wrong the FED is not all bad just some are. $$$ are missing from that ordeal.
