Screenshot of AS & stock amendment filing notice from Delaware. Sorry for the delay but I got interrupted while trying to figure out how to post the image.

Actual filing can only be obtained by snail mail but it should be pretty obvious by now what it says especially since the new AS is becoming common knowledge. Even Rich finally has this info.

With hindsight being 20/20, I probably should have searched for this back when the AS question was raised weeks ago but...

I also understand how Mel did not need a shareholder vote to increase the AS as long as he had the commitment of 50+% of the shares needed to do it since that was my experience when I was part of such a group with another company as a large shareholder. In that case, I know the CEO would have made public any such information unlike what we have seen here.

Hey, Mel...there are a lot of us shareholders who believe in the future of the company. How about trusting us a little more with what is going on? Like maybe the current amount of the Float?

And it wouldn't hurt either to spend some of those share revenues to get the current financial filings up to date. The SEC likes to every so often poke around to find companies that have become too delinquent.
