Matt, it looks like the inmates are rioting.

Fred isn't dedicating the necessary amount of time required to be warden. No progress is getting done. I think you need to step in and atleast give him a hand or let him know, this is not ALWAYS a part time gig. Inmates require his attention, including myself. I would like to get something done, but it's just not happening.
