Attention Share Holders a quick run down of my Conversation with Frank

Share Buyback was not discussed. A PR Campaign will be starting soon. Also it will be a priority to have 1 PR per week. Profits are being Generating. The amount was not being discussed. I did not discuss shorts.

Pink Sheets is a Priority. They have a consultant in place. They expect Filings to come rolling in within 2 weeks. The reason for the Delay. They did not want to file being Hollow. They want investors to see with there own eyes what is taking place on paper. It is a priority

Call me retarded, but I did not ask if a PR was coming out tomorrow. I can tell you i was told that Multiple PR's are being worked on.

I can also say the 2 new INEX customers wil be revealed. I specifically asked about them. I was also told they Specifically brought on board a person from INEX to work directly on the Gov Contracts Dept side of thwe buisness.

I can also Confirm NO DILUTION and the Authorized is still 450 mill. The Float is under 400 million. APPROX 350-400 million.

I can Also Confirm there is no interest in a R/S until th PPS is over .01

I can also confirm that as of right now NO paperwork has been filed to raise the Authorized yet. There are other talks on going, that Frank could not fill me in on. I took it as maybe a Possible Partnership of some sort. IMO

EFLN is not interested in diluting this stock down to nothing. They want the PPS to appreciate, and will deliver the PR's for it to happen.


I also Feel like but cannot confirm some of the Negative Bashers are Buyers bidding with inside info that will not buy over .0017 for a reason that i cannot explain

I also told Frank about the relentless bashing that has been going on about him and Craig. He chuckled and I continued on with the conversation.

I fully Expect a PR blitz to start next week. We may be shocked and get 1 this week.
