Occasionally a print goes through that is not correct. This is what happened here. Several went through yesterday including .13, .013 and .0001. The instant these mistakes print it looks as though the stock has moved significantly. In reality it has not. The mistake prints are usually corrected in a couple hours. The actual range for the stock yesterday was .007 to .015.
