I learned a lot today, and couldn't have kept up if the markets were open.

I now know why NOK sued IDCC in the UK.

I know why NOK sued Ericy/SNE in Texas and NC.

I'm still a little shocked that NOK chose to take us to the principal's office, just because we apparently sent them a nasty letter about 3G.

Why?

Because a company with 51,000 employees and billions in the bank, doesn't usually run scared of one with 300 employees. Unless, of course. . . . . . .

And if you think you don't have an effect on IDCC's fortunes, all you need to do is click on "Google", enter IDCC in the box, scroll down a bit, and you'll see actual IHUB postings, for all the world to see.
