This company could be the buy of the century! It doesn't make sense that the company could have a bad quarter unless the accounting is all wrong. Forget whose selling what. The book value of this company was presented to be about 4 times what the stock is selling for. Either it is accounting or big competition for their centers. Shopping centers should be one of the true growth areas of China. It will be interesting when they finally release the figures. can't believe the lack of stockholder communication.
