proof that management did not sell those shares after converting the preferred to common is there

Admittedly, there no Form 3's filed to date and i can't answer that question for management.

But, if you would extend me a small courtesy here..... how are non-believers arriving at the rationale that JD and Glenn sold off their shares.

I have a reply ready to go, but I would ask for some clearer clarification on this issue first. The same applies for any member on here who has any really serious doubts.
