SDaddy: It may become fact that he didn't come through on the PR. As for concluding he didn't keep his word, lied or scammed or whatever you are proposing, we don't know why it wasn't posted. I'm not playin the emperor's new clothes tune hear. I'm saying in order to take your own point to the logical conclusion, we can't conlude anything until we know. So why sweat it at all? Some say it'll still come, some say he lied... neither is right. The only correct answer is we don't have a PR.
maybe the person responsible for posting the PR got sick or stuck in an elevator? Stupid, I know... just sayin a million things could be the reason. I'm not going to jump to "he lied" etc...
