Hrct is now in the most capable hands of a CEO with more practical experience then any that has preceded her..Imo..She now has a board which includes two of the biggest money men you could ask for in mainland China..Two that could very well be doing something else with a much larger company..But they decided to hook up with Hrct..
So while Hrct concludes a piece of history that has held them down for a year and a half now, (the SEC suit) they will soon be cut loose from all the headaches associated with that time and can concentrate fully on the reason these two board members came on...To create a company that can (on the Challenger side) boost profits and become a large factor in the IBM computer services area..and as everyone knows, that is THE area to be in..Especially in a place that is growing so quickly as China is...jmo
Carrie has the background..She also has a board with financial expertise..She has interested investors after three visits to the US...She has a streamlined group of companies that are coming online with their accounting software...All she needs is to be set free from the SEC...Then we will see what this company is capable of..Jmho...I like their chances..
