If he has a CEO all picked out then he should have just announced that. Might even have gotten more pop out of actually doing something than announcing that he's going to do something.

To say we're going do a nationwide search and place ads in respected monthly trades should mean you don't shove some guy out in front of the shareholders two days later. Or two weeks later for that matter.
