Some might say this doesn't matter and perhaps they're right but, many stocks with a lot going for them are completely Bearish and have been Bearish for some time now and after being Bullish for Months.

So, even though the Bullish here might not seem to matter as we wait for something to happen, at least it's not showing up as completely Neutral.
