qtelevision.com is hosting their main site at easy-cgi.com (at least that's who is hosting the DNS for qtelevision.com)
I'm not sure what sort of bandwidth a chat room generates. Probably not too much since it's mainly just text, but there may be reasons they don't want to host the chatroom on the same servers as their main website?
Whatever the reasons, the chat room java software is a bit weak on the features needed to keep order and peace in the room.
Still, it's better than not having a chat room at all.
