AGREED! many of us stipulated that jpm/fdic would not settle unless their back were against the wall....well it's here the wall is cold and they're right up against it.

I don't see them allowing discovery, examiner, and other repercussions that would come from not mending their attempt to stonewall the EC.

THJMW is fed up clearly! I wouldn't risk testing her further than they already have, but then again their tactic maybe futher delays and appeals, but i dont think rosen is that stupid.
