Susman did not even bother with a reply because of its futility and waste of estate resources. Should this POS POR be confirmed and put to a vote it is exactly where He wants it.



I know that Chiron asked about this a day or two ago, But I also am wondering what you meant by this statement. I can only assume you mean that a class action suit will then be filed and pave the way for Susman to take this in front of a jury where he really shines, hopefully on a contingent basis.
