That's it pretty much in a nut shell. We are just waiting on FDA approval.

They moved the bid up a penny over the last shortly after open but that really doesn't say much.

I think that everyone is in holiday mode and if Mr. Janes did get word from the FDA today he wouldn't get it until noonish EST and putting out a PR going into a 3 day weekend with the Market closed on Monday would not be in the best interest of IMGG or its shareholders.

Here we are 30 minutes into the trading day and only 13,000 shares traded.
