I agree 100%. It would be a major mistake to release news this big on Friday of a holiday weekend. Half of Wall Street takes tomorrow off, or at least leaves early at lunch time. To get maximum affect out of news as big as we're expecting you need to have multiple trading days after the news to let it run. That said, I wouldn't be surprised to see Mina Mar put out a "teaser" snippet that mentions the deal is a positive way. That alone should give us a volume spike because people would want to get in the stock before a Tuesday release.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
