It's my opinion that CP is not an issue and whatever they do will have no impact on Laidlaw's progress in Berlin. However, I have heard, for the forth time, that CP has either bowed out of or is getting ready to bow out, of the Berlin queue. Has any of you Berlin residents heard similar rumors?
