I would certainly think so (off, with the gloves, that is). I mean, here's a group of guys, apparently quite talented by all accounts and, if you believe their few-and-far-between missives -- profitable. At what point does the term "ruthless" enter into the equation? How can you be handing out bonuses predicated on profitablility knowing full well you're stiffing investors and, more egregiously, those who dug into their pockets to bail the boys out when they needed it the most? Maybe the "good ol' boys who are getting bad advice from the lawyers" description isn't quite accurate? Gray sheets? C'mon, ferchrissake. That's BS!
