qtelevisionnetwork.com was registered one year before qtelevision.com was registered.

(I'd love to see www.q.tv)

If Q can buy it, they should. Seems like they could sue Frank. :) I'd have to research q..network.com to find out what it's about. It might very well be a legitimate company with the name Q Television Network. Who knows? They are listed as being in the Netherlands. Could be some sort of cable access thing? I'm way too tired to do anything like that now. :)

I'd have to think about the squating on a name issue. Look at it as supply and demand. If I know that bluberry muffins are going to be a hot thing next week and I buy 5,000,000 to sell at a profit, should I be forced to give them up for free to a store called "blueberry muffins-r-us" just because of their name? I know that's not exactly the same thing.. fingers are typing by themselves. Whitehouse.com used to be a hilarious porn site and the gov couldn't do anything about it. They would have a mirror image of what the whitehouse.gov site would have, only they'd make all the people naked. Funny!

I don't own walker.com but I don't think I am entitled to it because it's my last name. First come, first serve sounds good to me. When I hear about a celebrity like Michael Jackson trying to sue to get a domain name I just think of all the other people named Michael Jackson (there's a white radio host with the same name) and why aren't THEY entitled to the name? On a related topic, I think the three and four letter extensions for top level domains is pretty lame. If they had a simple .kid, then all websites for children could move over to that listing and parenting software would work like a charm. ie: "www.sesamestreet.kid" Maybe even a .adt for adult content? i'm sure adult sites would love that because then the restrictions on under age viewers could be loosened and left to 'smart' browsers setup by parents.

good night!
