You are incorrect, the lawsuit has merit in Oregon that is why the judge signed a default order against Eco Global. But now the undisputed debt was moved to the federal court on May 3 so it can all be sorted out there where that court can subpoena everyone. Eco did not even have an attorney file anything in the Oregon court until May 4, which was after not just the default being taken but the Involuntary Bankruptcy Petition had been filed on May 3.

The reason the judge in Oregon will probably not hear the Motion of Eco Global scheduled for June 7 is because it was filed and the Hearing date set, after I had already filed the bankruptcy against Eco Global, but the court did not have the file stamped copy from the federal court. The bankruptcy filing creates a "Stay" in all state courts and/or administrative hearings until the bankruptcy has been dismissed in some way. If the case is dismissed in Eco's favor, which it probably will not be based upon Eco's last public financial filing, it would then go back to state court for any new motions (by both sides) to be set for hearings and court adjudication. If Eco shows the federal court they have money and are not insolvent like they were at the last filing (please read for yourself), they will be forced to disclose where the money came from.

The only "Mocking" going on is by ECOG to the courts by not filing answers, to the SEC by not filing required documents, and ESPECIALLY TO ITS INVESTORS BY NOT DOING EITHER. Apparently you are blind to reality or very much in bed with Eco insiders that you keep pumping them even though there are serious problems here. Which by the way, were not created by me. These filings and hyped promises were going on long before I ever met Incablock and/or Eco Global. Such as the wind farm that was going to be built in southern california (Blythe) on Daniel and Howard's land so Daniel wanted a $300,000.00 loan from my associates(in Oregon) until they received this alleged wind power contract from the city/county, but before we funded them we found out the land was actually owned by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Daniel then told us that he did not know and that he took the land in on a trade for other property in, I think, Oklahoma. This was only last October 2009 and the handwriting was starting to be seen on the wall.
