The company will get a Q added and the reorganization process will begin. The company will continue to trade while they devise a plan for emergence from BK.

While there are exceptions, what we have normally seen is the secured creditors get issued stock in the new company and common shareholders typically get cancelled when emerging from BK.

Not to say that is definitive, but that's what we have typically seen in the past.
