You are exactly right, I have a low tolerance for losing so I overkill on DD which is why I am making money here. Some of you may be gamblers (red or black) and don't need any DD. Let me give you a key to this one. No amount of BS pumping PR is going to get it to a level from here to get listed on NASDQ. Won't meet qualifications. There are two big things to look for: 1.)Naming an underwriter (known, recognized, U.S) without which it will bomb and 2.)a reverse split of 100 or 200 shares for one current share to bring price up. When you start hearing that, it will move. Otherwise, just PR pumping.
