Because I'm a California Resident, I received a an offer to purchase an 8% Promissory Note. I can't post the offer as it is the sole property of ACLH and can't distributed to unauthorized persons. That being said, I will tell you that as of 3/31/2010 the Outstanding share count was 182,784,763 and the float was 100,000,000. Also, actual revenue was $9M for 2010 with a projection of $14M for the year. Of course, these numbers could have changed by now.
