People here who have called this as a zero, have been right all along so far and tend to be very experienced in these matters. Those that have not heeded the warnings have paid dearly.

Do you think they will continue to be right and if not why? Sorry but this is as easy a call as there is.

By some of your statements I would say you do not understand the gravity of the situation or the system. The judge is not going to "see the value of the company and allow it to survive" that is just not how it works.
