The last hearing was not a (+) or a (–) it was simply a sadistic game the judge is now playing with Rosen. Though I have been unable to download the hearing, I have read the transcribed section that is posted and in the stickies. Read it for your self and carefully listen to the words of the judge as you read it, you will see the judge is toying with Rosen and I do believe enjoying herself thoroughly tormenting the SO$
I am not sugar coating anything here as I was just as upset with the decision at first as anyone, the fact is between the MM’s and nervous investors the price tanked simply because they did not understand.

Yes I absolutely agree her statement about WMI being investigated to death is very disconcerting and she was either foolish to make such a statement or a genus. If she decides against the Equities, it can now be appealed using her statement to show she had already determined the outcome. If she finds for the Equities, she can say, “Hey, I was all for ending this but evidence was brought up that caused me to find for the Equities”.
