forced to by business and land? come on man thats a little extreme. We have a court system, a judge will decide how much bp owes each plaintiff in civil cases.. We can't just go around telling companies they must buy other companies and land..Pretty sure we're still in the good old US of A. We have a whole branch of govt that will sort out the civil cases
