I wonder if Susman had a feeling the judge would deny the examiner but that requesting one would give her the opening to say the EC will look into it…..so supply the information. I have heard it said here that Susman is working on a contingency basis, and if so, I think our timeframe has just been shortened for a settlement. The less time spent the more Dollars per hour he makes.
