I definately agree with you it is good and risky, at the same time. I'm still learning about investing in penny stocks and keep with my own DD everytime. But - if the PR news was true, about the Buyer offering $.01 per share for the buyout.. Won't they do just that if it's part of the contract terms?

And I know people throw out promises left and right, and in Penny World those promises are about as reliable as stock bashers are; but the buyout would have to have some reasonable payment for those outstanding shares.
