U.S. Microbics, Inc., (Pinksheets: BUGS) is a business development firm for companies with products, services and initiatives that favorably impact the environment. Over the past decade the company has served as a holding company and chief investor for subsidiary Sub-Surface Waste Management (SSWM), that deployed microbial technologies for soil, groundwater and carbon remediation.
