hey guys, i was thinking we should set a goal for what we want to achieve with an overall concensus.

if we can get .01, why not .03?
if we can get .03 why not .05?

reason: if we lock it up, it will just go up and up and up

why not make another CDIV? lets all put in our time and make this one really worth it. why not make our goal to lock it up until .35-.50? i mean really, why not, is anyone in a hurry?

i want to be one of the legends when you sitback on your rocking chair of your retirement and home and say, "i remember when we took ETLS to a pps of ......."

what does everyone think?
