Watching the PPS today is annoying as hell. Watching E-Trade and NITE drag this thing in the gutter and wonder why there is no action here. They are supposed to add liquidity, not determine the price as they see fit. Simply they are ignoring their fiduciary responsibilities and putting greed and money ahead of their contractural obligatiions, not to mention, violating SEC regulations...but nothing new with NITE. Just wondering when the SEC will get off its arse and investigae E-Trade and make them settle and pay a huge penatly as they have with NITE in the past...it will come, inevitable...unfortunately greed within the pennies is just too great....and on the same not, not regulated as it should be
