I understand what your saying; I guess I could have been more clear. I'm not saying its worth 3 times more than our dollar like some others are, especially due to the supply as you said, but it's surely worth 0.36 for every us dollar.

The Dominican Republic is also a heck of a lot smaller in population than Iraq. Don't you think that plays a part?
