The full and wholly circular logic of the reply seems to hinge on only three elements:

1. We've ignored all the facts we don't like... so they don't matter.

2. We're too stupid to understand any element of the complaint or to see the relevance given we ignore any facts we don't like... so they don't matter.

3. As in paragraph 12, Daic couldn't "not cooperate" where his cooperation was required... because his cooperation was required.

Bottom line, it is nothing other than a delay tactic and a fishing expedition...

I doubt there is any judge in Texas willing to sign on to their bald faced assertion that their purposeful ignorance, feigned stupidity and knowing illogic constitute a proper defense.
