that is a forward looking statement .. Certainly doesn't mean it is part of the 150 acre farm that has been PRd ..

If they'd given a location .. or anything specific then one could make a judgement on whether or not today was new news .. or a new spin on a previous PR ..

Whatever it is .. yeah .. great .. do it, build it, grow it,sell it..

PS .. why did they CAPITALIZE the word OF in that sentence?
