Scottrade removed their 4-5 month restriction on 3/9. It was pretty obvious because it happened in the middle of the day, HUGE spike of volume.

We found out a day or so later that people were able to buy through ST again.

There's only one left, TDN. I hope this IS an uplisting and hope that this DOES screw ANY short positions held
