I take that as Belmonts closing cost. Right now they own 6.8M shares of the issued and outstanding shares. I agree that they have confidence that Tsio Tik Man will have a good and valuable company taking over the shell, like he did with NEWN....I personally think we have a gold mine here....which will probably be trading in the dollars after all is said and done.....JMHO
