IMHO.. it is no longer a question of validity in IPR, but rather a connecting of dots on the part of Interdigital's legal staff into the collusive and damaging behavior by some very large wireless telecom firms toward the Company, Indemnifier included.

Time will tell all, and time is needed to ferret this out. It is getting closer!
