I'm not waiting for shares at any price, even if HRCT fell to a penny. The shares I still have are more than enough for me. HRCT's fundamentals have caused the stock to make a steady decline over the past year and no signs of change on the horizon. The past year has been good for almost everyone except HRCT.

I am not interpreting the statements at all. I take them at face value to mean exactly what they say.

"Buy low, sell high, diversify and don't fall in love with a particular stock." ?????? Nice slogans.
