Because the slowly ebbing ask is ridiculous and they can make monster profits. Nothing strange about it, this just doesn't get the attention it deserves, people rather focus on 400% profit scams (EKWX) a day. Thus IKTO is perfect playground to control and manipulate. Those are my thoughts.
