did you mean 20 billion, not 20 million??? they have over 1.6 billion shares outstanding so the a/s has to be higher than that. I guess there is no updated info on that.

Thought it was strang that a/s on Sep 2009 financial filing was 600,000,000 and the 8-k from Feb 3rd show 1.6 billion outstanding. No filing for increase in a/s???
