By request, I am offering a clarification of my previous post regarding proof reading. Specifically, when I say "double negatives regarding their criminal history" I am not suggesting that the Stead brothers have two negatives in their criminal history. The text of Section D Item 11 includes the following sentence:

"Neither Kenneth Stead or Timothy Stead have not been convicted in any criminal proceeding or named as a defendant in a pending criminal proceeding."

As written, "Neither have not been convicted" means both have been convicted...which is to my knowledge not the case. The copper deposits being identified as cooper deposits are less of a concern but still bothersome to me as a professional geologist, writer, and editor.

Therefore...I ask again...does anybody proof read the documents before they get sent out? If not I'd be happy to do it...as an investor I am willing to support the team in any way.
