Its chap 11, I think. And the Mets, Knicks and CBS have the power to take SPNG into Involuntary Bankruptcy, assuming they win in their lawsuits. They could do it now, but by winning a Judgement in Court they can control the Bankruptcy.

Thats the reason for filing lawsuits. Get a Judgement, and you have more power down the road.
