I can't vote, because all my shares came AFTER the effective date. :(
Kind of looks bad, but the RS could happen any time up to a year. I'd expect that to get us listed again. If we get some funding the PPS will triple IMO and if we get good results (which we should) from a new Phase III then we probably will be right back up to 1.50 and the RS won't be needed.
Lots of upside here with ADLS and we could go either way next week with PPS, however I think we're already baking in the worst possible outcome. IMO
We'll know soon enough. :)
