Once those wells are re-worked, are producing and revenues are being brought in from them they should definitely affect the share price. This stocks PPS moves very easily as it has a very low float and pretty small amount of outstanding shares, relatively. It should help (once completed and spewing oil) to increase production 40%

The owner and his family own a large amount of shares. It moves very easily and good news could cause a sharp jump in pps.
