I agree with Street. Although it is unfortunate that nobody from this board had attended this "special" meeting, we all know that this was "special" in it being a simple formality and wouldn't have answered any questions or influenced the motives of IM/YA.

I guarantee that once the Mobile ad/QR code market actually starts rolling and we see which direction IM/YA decides to take the company.. then we will all be at full force unison when a proper SHM is scheduled. At this point just having the BOD know that we are all against their 3 proposals and are skeptical in their motives is good enough.
