They are leasing the hotel, the owner of the hotel owns a large number of shares of CGAQ. This is actually a very good business plan because it means that they didn't have to spend a great deal of money putting the casino together. They are also in negotiations to start up 2 more casinos. If they follow the same approach, they should be pretty profitable with those casino's as well. If you haven't had a chance to see the actual casino, here's a link for it:
